- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or illegal under applicable law.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 To register and maintain a mofun88 account, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;

2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) mofun88 account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances contained therein.
2.3 mofun88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without obligation to provide reasons.
2.4 By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction and that your use of mofun88 services does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Account Verification (KYC)
3.1 mofun88 is required to verify the identity and age of its Members in compliance with international gaming authority anti-money laundering and player protection standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed and may be required at any time at the Company's sole discretion.
3.2 Required verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a copy of your Malaysian NRIC (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered residential address (dated within 90 days), and where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.
3.3 Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and, in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, forfeiture of account balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on mofun88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and bank transfer. Available methods are displayed in the Member's account panel and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an approved alternative method has been confirmed through KYC. mofun88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.4 mofun88 aims to process withdrawal requests to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels.
4.5 mofun88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed to present an elevated risk profile, including but not limited to withdrawals significantly in excess of a Member's typical deposit pattern.
4.6 Deposits made in error by the Member may not be reversed once the funds have been credited to the Gaming Balance and wagering activity has commenced. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details prior to submission.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 mofun88 offers various promotional programmes to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active.
5.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms.

5.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim a single promotion multiple times through the creation of multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts and winnings.
5.5 mofun88 reserves the right to claw back Bonus Funds and any associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse or exploited a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
6. Betting Rules and Game Play
6.1 All games and betting markets available on the mofun88 platform are governed by game-specific and market-specific rules accessible within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail for matters within its scope.
6.2 All bets accepted by mofun88 are binding once confirmed by the system. A bet confirmation message displayed to the Member constitutes a binding wagering contract. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in circumstances where mofun88 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred (see clause 6.5).
6.3 mofun88 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live electronic games, independently tested by recognised third-party testing laboratories. 6.5 In the event of a manifest error in the odds, payout odds, or game outcome displayed to the Member, mofun88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the Member's Gaming Balance. mofun88 has no obligation to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or prices.
7. Prohibited Conduct
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mofun88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that gives a Member an artificial advantage over other users or the house;
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage;
- Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using mofun88 for any purpose related to criminal activity;
- Use of stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an account;
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
- Attempting to access another Member's account without their express authorisation;

7.2 mofun88 employs real-time risk monitoring systems and may investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. The Company's determination following such an investigation is final and binding for the purposes of account action.
8. Intellectual Property

8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mofun88 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform, including without limitation losses arising from: interruption to the Platform; errors in data or game outcomes subsequently corrected; or delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals.
9.2 mofun88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of the Member's Gaming Balance at the time the event giving rise to the claim occurred.
9.3 mofun88 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur and will be communicated to Members where practicable.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
10.1 mofun88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
- At the Member's own request under the self-exclusion programme;
- Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account closure.
10.2 Upon termination of an account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of a breach), any verified cash balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the Member's KYC-verified payment method within 14 business days. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon termination regardless of circumstances.
11. Responsible Gaming

13. Amendments

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body prior to initiating any legal proceedings. The language of arbitration shall be English.
